As Executive Meetings and Incentives Planner at Prudential Securities and as Marketing Incentives Manager for AT&T Network Systems, Sara’s mission was to fulfill marketing strategies through the design and production of consistently excellent conferences, workshops, incentive programs and special events. For many years, Sara Nealy was recognized as a leader in her industry, appearing as a speaker and as a member of the Executive Board of professionals in the monthly “Soundings” column in Successful Meetings magazine.

As Director of Sales and Marketing at a Fifth Avenue hotel in Manhattan and at a Kohala Coast Resort, Sara had opportunities to make use of her understanding of the luxury travel market for media and advertising, public relations and e-marketing solutions, and employed “out-of-the-box” creativity in the founding of new markets.

As Director of Marketing for the American Handicap Association, Sara’s public relations, marketing and fundraising event expertise was put to service in the nonprofit sector. Later, as President of her own Chicago company, Panache Events, she expanded that work to serve myriad foundations and organizations – from March of Dimes to UNICEF - by creating strategic events.
